IS THERE A FEE BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE APARTMENT? WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date.
If the cancellation is made outside this period or in case of non-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Apartaments Lauria reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card at any time after the booking has been confirmed.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY STAY?
You can pay for your stay at the time of booking or, at the latest, on the day of arrival during check-in.
The reservation is guaranteed by credit card.
FROM WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE APARTMENT?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. However, our reception service is available 24 hours a day.
If you wish to request early check-in, we recommend contacting reception in advance, as it is subject to availability.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE THE APARTMENT?
You must leave the apartment before 11:00 am on the day of departure.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please check with our reception beforehand, as it is subject to availability.
DO THEY REQUIRE A BOND? WHY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Upon your arrival we will ask for a bank card to charge €300 as a security deposit.
Upon your departure, once we have verified that the apartment is in good condition, we will refund the full amount to the same card that was charged, within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of departure.
DURING THE STAY, ARE SHEETS AND TOWELS CHANGED?
This is an optional service that you can request at reception during your stay. We have different rates depending on the type of cleaning you require.
For example, changing sheets and towels costs €7 per person. You can find details of all available cleaning services and their terms in the apartment directory.
DO I NEED TO BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS?
It's not necessary. Upon arrival, you'll find the beds made and towels in the bathroom. You can also request pool towels at reception if needed.
The apartment also has a small supply of amenities, such as soap, shampoo and shower gel, for your comfort.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE APARTMENT?
The apartments are delivered fully equipped for your arrival. You will find:
- Bed linen and towels for all guests.
- Basic kitchen equipment for cooking and eating (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc.).
- A welcome kit for the first few days of your stay, including toilet paper, dishwasher single-dose packets, detergent single-dose packets, a scouring pad, two garbage bags, and a kitchen towel.
- Complimentary bathroom amenities, such as single-dose gel and shampoo for each person, plus a bar of hand soap.
WHAT VIEWS WILL I HAVE FROM MY APARTMENT?
We have apartments with no views, with views of the Rambla Nova, with sea views or with views of the pool area.
Apartment rates are determined by size and capacity, as well as location and views. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing the available options and choosing the apartment that best suits your needs.
