These terms and conditions govern booking and stay at Apartaments Lauria. By making a booking, the client fully accepts the terms and conditions detailed below.
Payment for the stay
The total payment for the stay will be made at the time of check-in, directly at the reception of Apartaments Lauria.
Cancellation policy
The customer can cancel the booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
In case of non-show, the client must pay the full price of the stay.
Credit card
Apartaments Lauria reserves the right to verify the validity of the bank card at any time from the time of booking until the end of the stay in the apartment.
Bail
Upon arrival, a deposit of €300.00 will be required, which will be returned upon departure, once the good condition of the apartment and its equipment has been checked.
